1. Sale Period

The Black Friday Sale runs from Sunday 15th November 2025, 12:01 AM (AEST) to Monday 1st December 2025, 11:59 PM (AEST).

2. Eligibility

The Black Friday Sale is open to all customers purchasing through www.pristinespace.com.au.
Employees of PristineSpace and their immediate families may participate but are not eligible for additional manual discounts or special exceptions.

3. Offer Details

During the sale period, customers will receive:

• An extra 20% off storewide, applied on top of the existing 50% off sale
• Discount applies to all eligible products sitewide
• Customers must enter the discount code BLK20 at checkout to receive the offer

⚠️ This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or vouchers. Codes must be applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be added after an order is submitted.

4. Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount does not apply to shipping fees or gift card purchases
• Items already on clearance may be excluded if marked on the product page

5. Returns & Exchanges

• All returns are subject to PristineSpace’s standard Returns Policy
• Refunds for items purchased with the Black Friday discount will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original full price
• Exchanges for different items may require payment of the price difference if the item is no longer on sale

6. Order Conditions

• Offer valid only during the sale period stated in Section 1
• Orders must be fully completed and paid for before the sale ends
• PristineSpace is not responsible for checkout errors, missed codes, payment failures, or delayed transactions

• PristineSpace reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the offer at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, system errors, misuse of the promotion, or other factors deemed necessary
